Crossover Tubes: The use of crossover tubes on Two Brothers Racing exhaust systems only happens when a performance increase is found through comprehensive testing. Mandrel Bends: All Two Brothers Racing systems are created from .035 304 Stainless Steel tubing that’s precision bent via our CNC Mandrel Bender. All headers are mirror polished for a custom finished look. Stepped Headers: TBR header tube diameters change on demand. Steps in header pipes are carefully placed and thoroughly tested in most TBR 4-2-1 systems, but only when performance is enhanced across the board. Machined Flange Collars: CNC Machined Flange Collars are computer cut chunks of Billet Stainless Steel to provide a precise, leak free fit. Machined Aluminum Flanges: CNC Machined from Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum and hard anodized for durability and style. TBR Flanges are designed extra thick to eliminate warping and bending under extreme temperature conditions.
