The objective is to strike the centerline from a slightly inside approach angle. This will vary slightly if you use more lofted clubs but normally we recommend training with a 5-iron if a single club is used. The large black V on the Super Impact bag is designed as a general shaft plane reference. The area below the V depicts a typical swing plane area for driver through 9-iron and the edge of the V should be used as a reference when striking the bag. It is not critical to match the V exactly as the plane will change from club to club, but the edge of the V will provide a reference that is easy to see. As the Super Impact Bag is a limited production run only a few hundred were produced no special instructions have been printed at this time.
