I suggest that you practice on a regular basis and incorporate a bounce in your preshot routine that puts your knees in the similar position you have been practicing with Load-n-Fire. This is how you will be able to take your new swing to the golf course. I designed Load-n-Fire so that it feels like part of the leg, yet it is flexible enough to make you aware of the correct leg flex. It makes you feel more athletic and puts you in the proper position to execute an effective swing. What does all this mean? It means you will be Longer and Stronger with every shot!
