This concept consists of a blend of foam densities to provide a functional foam core for both comfort and safety. Base unit’s sides and bottoms are made with tough 18 oz-reinforced vinyl, coated on both sides for longevity. The top of each base pad is made with a vinyl coated mesh breather fabric, which allows the air to be expelled upon impact.
